• Only when the work delivered by the organisation does not follow the initial instructions given by the client will revisions be accepted. If the customer doesn't give clear directions, it's his or her problem, and no free revisions will be given.
• A new instruction that wasn't included in the original instructions won't be taken into account during a revision.
• Any additional fees for requested new work will apply. The cost of the new work will be determined by the deadline, kind, and volume of the task.
• The customer is entitled to free revisions for orders between 250 and 5,000 words within 15 days of the work's submission. Revisions made after this time will incur fees.
• For orders longer than 5,000 words, the client is entitled to free revisions within 30 days of the work's submission. Corrections made after this time will incur fees.
• For every order with a 24-hour deadline, the revision will be completed in 8 to 12 hours following the submission of the revision request.
• For any purchase with a 48-hour deadline, the revision will be completed 24 hours after the revision request has been made.
• For orders between 5,000 and 9,750 words, the revision will be completed in 3 days after the revision request has been filed.
• For any order going over 10,000 words, the revision will be completed in 5-7 days after the revision request has been filed.
• There won't be any revisions on Sundays or other public holidays.
